DocuSign Course : DocuSign QRG

This tutorial will assist LOs with effectively using DocuSign when creating and sending documents to borrowers to be electronically signed. Users will need to complete and pass the online course and assessment in FMU with an 80% to begin using the DocuSign feature. Upon completion of the course, the Training Team will send a notification to the Password Team and within 24 hours (allowing for weekends/holidays) users will receive an activation email from DocuSign.
