See phone number above. Call and request “branch view” for branch 437. When you log in, you will have the view below. Click on the drop down arrow by your name, scroll up and select “437 Garland” to see all appraisals pending for the branch. Search by last name by entering the name on the left side. (This is for completed appraisals) Click on the file ID to open the “appraisal order detail”, scroll down to attachments, locate the PDF for completed appraisal (if there are multiple appraisals, find the one with the most recent date-this happens when a request for reconsideration has been sent-when the property doesn’t meet value)
You want to look for the page that includes the reconciliation. This section will tell you the appraised value and if that value is subject to repairs. If subject to, notify the LO asap. You can find the contract sales price on page 1 of the appraisal. If this is a REFI, you need to go into encompass to confirm that we met the value.
