Individual Set Up for Guarantee Underwriting System
Fairway requires a 25 min webinar and an assessment, USDA File Flow, to be passed prior to GUS activation. The webinar goes over file flow and where to find information on the intranet and is in addition to the Encompass trainings.
1. Create Account by clicking here
- Click: Register
- Click: Request Level 1 Access to
- Complete registration
2. The e-mail used to create the account will receive an e-mail from: Eauthhelpdesk@ftc.usda.gov
- Titled, “ACTION Required”. Please click on “Activate My Account”
3. Once you have created an account, send an e-mail to passwords@fairwaymc.com : with the user name used to set up the account.
4. Branch Support will provide a confirmation of set up

- Click: RHS LINC Home
- Click: Guaranteed Underwriting System under Single Family Rural Housing
Import Loan to underwriting system and proceed with loan file.
