Record your outgoing greeting:
- On your phone, press the button that looks like a mail envelope
- Your passcode is your 3 digit extension
- Follow the prompts to change your password and record your name
- Once complete, you will enter a main menu. Press “0” to enter mailbox settings.
- Inside Mailbox Settings, record your unavailable greeting and busy greeting. These are what your callers will hear when they reach your voicemail.
Log in to your account:
- Go to https://portal.star2star.com/
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link.
- Enter your @fairwaymc.com email address and a new password reset link will be sent to you.
Setup your Find Me/Follow Me settings:
- After you have logged into your account, go to “Find Me/Follow Me” link
- If you do not see this link go to “Configuration” then “Individual Phone Setting” first
- Setup these settings you want your phone call flow to go.
- Remember that each ring is approximately 6 seconds. So 4 rings would be 24 seconds, etc.
